Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. The person named on the booking confirmation, as the person in-charge, will be responsible for all members of your party and must at least 18 years old and otherwise of full legal capacity at the date of the booking and during your presence on the site. 
Once a booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure it is an accurate summary of your booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Only when full payment has been received is your booking confirmed. A refundable damage deposit of £200 will be held at the time of check-in.
Guests are asked to behave in a proper, appropriate and considerate manner with due respect to others, the accommodation and all areas within the site. Entry to the pond area or any of the adjoining fields or gardens is strictly prohibited.
Any cancellation or amendment request should be made by email to booking@escapeglamping.com  If you cancel we will or are likely to suffer financial loss and so we make charges to cover them. 
More than 4 weeks prior to arrival date -a full refund minus an administration fee of £10. Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date  - no refund. When we receive a cancellation we will try our best to resell the dates, if we can a full refund will be issued minus an administration fee of £10. If you leave the site before your scheduled check out date we will not refund any of the price paid for your stay.
We will be around for check-in or we will let you know where to collect the key for your accommodation. Our check-in time is from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on the day of your arrival. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can ensure we are able to meet you or make alternate arrangements.
On the day of your departure check out time is before 12.00 pm.
Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult member of your party in all locations within the site. 
Up to 2 well behaved and friendly dogs per booking are welcome on our site and in selected accommodation. An additional cost of £5 per dog per night is applicable. There is no charge for assistant/ guide dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation or on the site. They must be kept on a lead at all times within the site. Please be mindful that other visitors may not want to interact with your pets. Please bring any equipment your dog may need including bed, bowls, food and poop bags. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and will be charged for any cleaning which has to be done on their behalf. 
You are welcome to have visitors during the day, however they should leave the site before 11.30pm. Only the number of persons specified on the booking may occupy the accommodation.  The named adult on the booking is responsible for all of their visitors while on site.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation units or communal areas. If smoking in private outdoor areas please take all steps necessary to prevent the risk of fire and to dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Stoves, fire pits and barbecues are provided on the site. Stove gloves, oven gloves and BBQ utensils provided must be used by a responsible adult when using these appliances. Disposable barbecues must only be used on top of the barbecues or stones and NOT ON PICNIC BENCHES OR GRASS.
Car parking is provided on site. Spaces are limited and reserved for Escape Glamping guests. The speed limit within the site is 5mph. Please be aware that children may be playing on the site including in parking areas. Please give way to vehicles entering the site for safety reasons. 
Music or any noise should be kept to an acceptable level on the site at all times. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum (no music) between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. Those in breach of the noise restrictions could be given a warning and may be asked to leave without refund.
If minor breakages/damage happen we ask that you let us know so that any items can be replaced or repaired prior to the next guests arriving. A refundable damage deposit of £200 will be held at the time of check-in. When breakages/damage are above the normal expected a charge may be applied. We will advise you within 7 days after your departure and the amount we will claim from you. If we identify no significant loss or damage we will promptly advise you and return your deposit in full within 10 business days after your departure. If the deposit is insufficient to compensate us for loss or damage we reserve the right to claim the amount of any excess loss or damage from you.
We encourage guests to recycle as much waste as possible. when staying at Escape Glamping. Recycling bins, compost bins and waste bins are located in the outdoor kitchen and beside the communal areas.

Valuables should not be left unattended at any time. Escape Glamping will accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury to persons or property sustained on our premises.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your booking entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund should they breech any of the terms and conditions or otherwise be behaving in-appropriately.
Escape Glamping has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
